Concrete Alberta's Convention Committee invites you the the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Convention and Golf Tournament in Kananaskis, Alberta at the incredible Kananaskis Mountain Lodge!
The purpose of the AGM is to review the activities of the Association for the past year and elect Directors. As an important member of Concrete Alberta, you are encouraged to take part in shaping the future of your Association.

As the details of the agenda are confirmed, we will update you! Look forward to engaging, relevant speakers, entertainment and a companion activity. A youth program for ages 6 - 14 will also be available for the families that are bringing their children.
A welcome reception will take place the evening of Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Wear your best roaring 20's / speakeasy / gangster outfit and gamble your fun money to win some amazing prizes!
Concrete Alberta's Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The day will also include speakers you will want to make sure you hear from, and you won't want to miss the President's Gala and Industry Distinction Awards ceremony that evening.
The golf tournament will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the picturesque Kananaskis Country Golf Course (Mt Kidd and Mt Lorette courses).

- Early bird delegate registration (until February 4, 2025) - $625 + GST
- Early bird companion registration (until February 4, 2025) - $625 +GST
- Regular delegate registration (after February 4, 2025) - $725 + GST
- Regular companion registration (after February 4, 2025) - $725 + GST
- Golf registration (per golfer) - $245 + GST

Hotel Reservations Instructions:
Reservations must be made on or before Monday April 21, 2025
Reservations for the Concrete Alberta AGM & Convention and Golf Tournament will be made by individual attendees directly with the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge by online reservation or by contacting their in-house reservations team at 1-833-440-1964 or 587-328-6223. Alternatively, guests may contact Marriott reservations at 1-888-236-2427. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

- Deluxe king room - $339
There is an additional $35.00 per room (plus tax where applicable) daily charge to cover resort services such as housekeeping, porterage, fitness centre/pool facilities, internet and guest activities.
Complimentary outdoor parking is available for guests.
The Concrete Alberta group rate is available 2 days pre/post event, subject to guestroom availability.

To host a display table in the foyer outside of the main meeting space during the day on May 21, 2025, as a registered attendee, an additional $250 add-on sponsorship is available. If members/non-members choose to host a display table during the day on May 21, 2025 and not register for the full AGM & Convention, a $750 display table sponsorship is available (there will be no access to any of the events, meetings, speakers and meals except for lunch on May 21, 2025).
